Corporate Social Responsibility

While striving for excellence in business, we fully recognize the social responsibilities we bear as an internationally recognized elevator company. We believe our responsibility goes beyond providing safe and reliable products. It also includes committing to sustainable development, fulfilling social responsibilities, and advancing a green and shared future for the elevator industry. We provide customers worldwide with safe, intelligent, and efficient mid- to high-end residential elevator and passenger elevator solutions.

Green Product Design and R&D

We integrate environmentally responsible design principles throughout the entire lifecycle of our elevator products. During the design stage, we employ advanced technologies and materials to optimize energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. For example, our energy-efficient elevators incorporate high-efficiency drive systems and regenerative energy technology that captures energy generated during elevator operation, converts it into electricity, and feeds it back into the power grid, significantly reducing energy waste. We also use environmentally friendly and recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact and ensure that products can be effectively recovered and recycled at the end of their service life. 

Green Manufacturing and Operations

We prioritize environmental protection and resource efficiency in our manufacturing operations, and our facilities are ISO 14001 certified. Throughout the construction and operation of our manufacturing facilities, we implement a range of energy-saving and emissions-reduction measures, including the installation of solar photovoltaic systems to increase on-site renewable energy generation and improve energy self-sufficiency. We also strengthen production process management and strictly control emissions of exhaust gas, wastewater, and solid waste to ensure full compliance with national environmental standards. In addition, we promote green logistics by optimizing transportation routes and methods to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. We also advance green supply chain management by prioritizing partners that meet environmental standards, jointly reducing our carbon footprint. 

Corporate Social Responsibility Programs and Public Welfare Initiatives

We actively participate in community initiatives and support environmental protection and sustainable development. We regularly organize employee volunteer activities within local communities to strengthen environmental awareness and foster a strong sense of social responsibility. We also work with relevant organizations to carry out public-benefit programs, including elevator safety awareness campaigns and elevator donation initiatives for underdeveloped areas, contributing to the well-being and sustainable development of society.

范围

本行为准则适用于佐上电梯的所有员工,包括董事会成员和其他代表。

所有利益相关者都有责任去完全熟悉这些指导方针以及它们在实践中的意义。

佐上电梯的管理人员肩负特殊责任,必须以身作则。所有管理者都必须定期与新员工和其他员工一起翻阅行为准则,以便各个部门充分了解准则的内容及其在相关背景下的含义。

佐上电梯将对任何违反本行为准则的员工立即采取纪律处分,包括解雇,并将向相关部门报告任何违反相关法律法规的情况。

良好的商业道德

所有员工和代表在与其他员工、客户、供应商、商业伙伴、组织和官方打交道时都要表现出诚实和正直。

佐上电梯的员工不得提供、赠送、接受或索取礼品、恩惠、娱乐或其他违反良好商业惯例的利益。

为维护和促进与客户和其他业务伙伴的良好业务关系,允许佐上电梯的员工接受或提供正常的福利。前提条件是这些福利在适度的范围内,公开接受和提供,否则需按照本守则和当地商业礼品、奖励和其他福利守则执行。

佐上电梯系统化防止腐败行为支持并努力实现公平竞争

佐上电梯管理层负责定期分析与公司运营相关的腐败风险。

佐上电梯的员工必须遵守所有相关竞争法规,避免与竞争对手签订非法反竞争协议或交换非法价格和/或营销信息。

尊重个人和人权

• 佐上电梯谴责童工和强迫劳动。

不披露保密信息

佐上电梯的员工不得传播或滥用其所知或接触到的所有保密信息。

定期监测产品安全

佐上电梯的产品必须符合所有有关产品安全的法律法规。佐上电梯的员工必须了解适用于产品安全的法规体系,并定期检查其符合性。

外部关系原则

我们的业务伙伴(如供应商和合作伙伴)必须遵守本守则的原则。

• 我们努力确保我们的供应商,代理商和其他商业伙伴遵守我们的行为准则的原则。

• 在选择供应商和合作伙伴时,评估项目必须包括他们能达到本规范规定要求的能力。

我们的业务伙伴(如供应商和合作伙伴)必须遵守本守则的原则。

• 会计、信息和报告:佐上致力于确保公司信息公开透明、准确并具持续性。

• 个人责任和检举:所有员工必须学习行为准则,并对他们的相关法律、政策和法规的知识负责。我们将认真对待所有相关不当行为的举报,并在适当情况下进行调查。对于正当举报违反守则或参与公司投诉调查,不得采取解雇、骚扰、歧视等形式的报复行为。
